EC2 Instances Report Action
We have added a new action to our list of reporting actions: EC2 Instances Report.
You can use this action to select some or all of your EC2 instances, and generate a report of their configurations which is then emailed to you.
You can see a sample report here.
EC2 instances can be selected based on their IDs, their “Name” tags, other resource tags, or you can select all of your EC2 instances.
Information contained in the report includes:
- Public, private and elastic IP addresses
- Instance configurations, such as platform, architecture, IAM roles
- Security configurations, such as security groups
- Networking configurations, such as VPC and subnet IDs
- Tags
- Attached EBS volumes
